The Forum has been
created on its own website at
www.jacks-corner.com I created the forum initially for four the
RN Ships that I had an interest in as I served on two and help with
the websites of the other two, the ships are; HMS Danae, HMS
Yarmouth, HMS Undaunted and HMS Eagle, but I realised that it would
be good if all servicemen old and new from all Her Majesties
Services be encouraged to have a 'chin wag' and a bit of a 'banter'.
It has been running for a few years now with great success, although
the 'regulars' that post nearly every day are small in number I
consider it a well worth while project that I will continue with for
as long as it is wanted. We even have the occasional TOT TIME at
predetermined time when we raise a glass to each other and end up
more often than not legless, and with some members living all around
the globe we have to careful with the timing as late night in the UK
is afternoon in the States and early morning down there is OZ and
NZ. Join us at Jacks Corner for a good old fashioned run ashore.
